Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end design of product features – from early exploration to final execution and iteration.
  • Translate user needs, product goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful, scalable experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate ideas and user journeys.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms (web + mobile).
  • Continuously improve user experience based on feedback, behavioral data, and business impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally in cross-platform digital products.
  • Hands-on experience designing for shipped, live products, not just pitches or client-based deliverables.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma; Able to create and maintain component libraries.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  • Comfortable working in agile product teams and iterating quickly based on real-world feedback.
  • Clear communication skills — able to explain design rationale and work collaboratively across teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on post-MVP products — growth, retention, onboarding, UX debt.
  • Worked in startup or product-led environments with lean resources.
  • Familiarity with product metrics, user research, and data-informed design.
  • Ability to advocate for design in cross-functional discussions and roadmap planning.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components.
