Talent Acquisition Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist in onboarding activities and contribute to improving candidate experience.
- Participate in building employer branding content and executing EB initiatives across social media and recruitment channels.
- Join Talent Acquisition (TA) projects and support team operations such as talent pipeline building and reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates, available for a full-time 3-month internship.
- Passionate about recruitment and human resources, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in using tools like Canva and basic office software (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office); English proficiency is a plus.
- Must have a personal laptop and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
