Senior Data Analyst

Own the end-to-end data flow, conduct data analysis and provide insights into the effectiveness of the business and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management team.
Gather requirements from departments and create detailed data analysis plans.
Proactively monitor partner operations and guide their action plans based on data-driven insights.
Conceptualize, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations using technical tools and languages.
Evaluate and define product and business metrics to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Design, run, and analyze trial experiments in both business and product domains to drive decision-making processes.
Collaborate with data warehouse and data science teams to build high-quality datasets and machine learning models.
Propose new automated data acquisition or analysis processes.
Provide data support for various departments.

BA degree from a university in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Master in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization skills using BI tools such as Datastudio and Tableau. Familiarity with R and Python is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in data field, with experience in tech companies being advantageous.
Understanding of supply-demand theory, platform growth hacking, and product development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business, product, and technical stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data processing, analytical skills, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
