Revenue Invoice Accountant
What you'll be resposible for:
- Check and approve the information recorded in the service registration form from the Accounting system.
- Check billing information for recorded services and issue invoices to Customers.
- Check, handle when there is adjustment, change, invoice cancellation.
- Generate customer information code to issue invoices on the sales system.
- Store and arrange related accounting data.
- Notify system errors to relevant departments for adjustment and support.
- Provide, take responsibility for data for direct manager, Head of Department upon request.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of basic invoicing regulations.
- Use the computer skillfully. (Excel, Google spreadsheet,..)
Knowledge:
- College degree
- Graduated in Accounting, Audit.
