Marketing Communication Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Brand Growth through Engaging Video Content
- Plan and produce compelling TikTok videos aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals, with a clear focus on hitting engagement and conversion KPIs.
- Develop and manage a content calendar for TikTok, ensuring a consistent and high-quality output of creative and on-trend videos.
- Analyze video performance metrics and social media trends to continuously optimize content strategy and increase audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content is integrated across wider campaigns.
2. Facilitate and Grow our Livestream Initiative
- Lead the planning and execution of livestream sessions across our social media platforms, from concept and promotion to hosting and post-event analysis.
- Engage with the audience during live events to build a strong community, answer questions, and drive real-time interaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams or external guests to ensure smooth and professional livestream productions.
3. Support Integrated B2C Marketing Initiatives
- Actively participate in the development and execution of the overall social media strategy.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of brand events, both online and offline, representing the brand.
- Assist in various marketing planning and execution tasks, primarily focused on content creation through self-production or by booking external creators.
- Self-handle administrative tasks and paperworks related to the projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of direct experience in a B2C marketing or content creation role.
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Proven ability to create engaging and persuasive content for a B2C audience, with a strong knack for visual storytelling.
- Video Production: Hands-on experience in producing and editing short-form videos for social media. Proficiency with platforms like TikTok and editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) is a major plus.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of the social media landscape, especially TikTok, including algorithm best practices, emerging trends, and community engagement strategies.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Great attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and administrative tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present on camera and interact with a live audience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video content (please include a link to your TikTok or other relevant work).
