L&D Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for and monitoring the success of development plans, and return on investment, and helping employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints
  • Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Deploy a diversified training method & solution that focuses on ‘on-the-job’ training. Standardize functional SOPs to be involved in the leadership training program.
  • Develop a competencies framework based on organizational needs
  • Having knowledge and practical experience in implementing training programs to enhance the performance of the Sales team is a plus.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure timely and effective work progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar positions. Experience in human resources, business administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to encourage, motivate, discipline, and unite for a common goal to work effectively.
  • Knowledge of techniques to foster professional growth;
  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
