Key Responsibilities:

Job Function & Job Description System Management

  • Develop and regularly update detailed job descriptions for each position in the company, including objectives, responsibilities, authorities, working relationships, and competency requirements.
  • Manage updates and changes related to job functions and job descriptions.

Talent Acquisition (TA) Management

  • Develop detailed recruitment plans for each position, specifying headcount, timeline, and required resources. 
  • Prepare recruitment budget forecasts, including job posting fees, headhunter costs (if any), interview organization costs, candidate assessment fees, etc. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
  • Organize recruitment activities in alignment with the company’s business needs in different phases.
  • Build compelling and distinctive employer branding messages and images; implement employer branding activities across suitable communication channels (social media, company website, recruitment events, etc.).
  • Develop and continuously improve an effective recruitment process.

Internal Communication Management

  • Participate in proposing ideas and organizing internal communication activities to enhance employee engagement and cohesion.

Corporate Culture Development

  • Participate in the planning and execution of initiatives and activities that promote corporate culture development.

Team Management within the Scope of Responsibility

  • Participate in the recruitment process for key specialist roles within the TA function; ensure optimal staffing aligned with required competencies and job expectations for each role.
  • Set individual and departmental performance goals that align with the overall objectives of the HR Department and the company.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members during task execution.
  • Conduct fair and objective performance evaluations for team members.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by upper management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a technology or fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compensation frameworks.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.

The Head of HR is responsible for leading and executing human resources strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision and business objectives. This role oversees all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and corporate culture.

In addition, the Head of HR is accountable for the effective management of the Administration and Legal functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing internal processes, and supporting a safe, efficient, and legally sound work environment. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the HR Director acts as a strategic advisor, driving people-centric initiatives that enable sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
