Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study design briefs, plan concepts and schedule projects.
  • Design and produce banners, eDMs, offline event decorations, POSMs… and motion graphics with format online and offline.
  • Work with Brand for execution and development of brand guidelines.
  • Work with Product, Sales, Performance and Communication teams in order to produce the final design. 
  • Coordinate with outside agencies and relevant others as necessary.
  • Together with designers/ agencies to test designs and amend them after getting feedback.
  • Fulfill other tasks assigned by the Marketing manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Highly creative, excellent presentation skill.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in graphic and digital design work or related field. 
  • Experience with developing/implementing a Brand Guidelines is a plus.
  • Familiar with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator). Basic knowledge about After effects, Premiere Pro.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and consistent behavior and thinking.
  • Marketing sense with focused thinking while working on multiple tasks in a limited time.
  • A diploma in Visual Communication or Bachelor’s’ degree in graphic arts or related design discipline.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with start-up’s environment.
  • A team player with high collaboration and work individually as required.

Graphic Designer responsibilities includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
