General Accountant
What you'll be resposible for:
Manage expenses, records, documents related to payments.
- Check, manage the cash book / bank corresponds to the reality of the whole Group.
- Check the terms of payment, the value of payment with the supplier according to the contract/agreement, etc.
- Check the invoices for subsidiaries.
- Check the payment records of the parent company from the departments in accordance with internal regulations and additional instructions if there are errors.
Managing the Company’s cash flow
- Make daily cash payments according to the company’s payment process. Check and control all kinds of documents before collecting and spending: signature, amount…
- Make transfer orders for bank expenses of HCM & HAN.
- Prepare group cash flow reports and related reports.
- Track usage of Visa card parts.
- Working with departments and partners related to the Company’s cash flow
- Making documents, documents and interacting with the Bank on related issues.
- Responsible for archiving related contracts and documents of the whole Group Bank.
Working with authorities, auditors.
- Work with the tax authorities, when requested.
- Co-ordinate with an independent auditor to issue annual reports.
Prepare all related management reports.
- Preparation of parent company financial reports and periodic consolidated reports per month/year and detailed reporting reports.
- Plan an inventory of assets, tools, goods periodically by month/year.
- Preparation of cash flow reports and other related reports.
Coordinate, support and contribute opinions to build the department’s work process optimization.
Manage, support, train and advise employees on issues at work.
Perform other tasks at the request of the direct manager, Head of Department.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Understand current tax and accounting regulations.
- Use the computer skillfully. (Excel, Google spreadsheet,..)
- Experience with accounting software, ERP.
Knowledge:
- University or higher in related field
- Experience in making Consolidated Financial Statement.
- Experience of 3 years or more in accounting position.
