Financial Planning and Analyst 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and complete updates of CF (Cash Flow) and PL (Profit & Loss) data on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Update daily CF reports to support cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
  • Proactively forecast major upcoming expenses at least 4 weeks in advance to plan and manage cash disbursements effectively.
  • Monitor budget approval processes and evaluate the cost efficiency of each department.
  • Maintain daily updates on budget utilization reports, ensuring all expenses remain within the approved budget; flexibly reallocate budget items to meet the company’s business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly PL reports, highlighting unusual increases or decreases in expenses and identifying underlying causes.
  • On a quarterly and yearly basis, consolidate financial data and guide departments through the budget planning process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or any Finance-related degree.                                
  • At least 1-2 years in related fields.                                
  • Good at Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong research, analytical skills.
  • Self-learning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.  
  • Willingness to learn, high sense of responsibility and integrity.
