Business Intelligence Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of BI analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Partner with product managers and marketers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable BI initiatives.
- Partner with data engineers to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes, as well as identify and implement best practices for data governance and data quality,
- Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create and manage data models, dashboards, and reports to deliver insights to various departments.
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL and other data manipulation tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BI trends and technologies.
- Communicate complex data findings clearly, concisely, and actionable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a BI role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of BI analysts.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Expertise in SQL and other data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with the Vietnamese job market is a plus.
