Junior Product Owner
What you'll be resposible for
Product Management:
- Work closely with the Product Manager to analyze and clarify product requirements, then translate them into Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
- Collaborate with Dev/Design to implement features based on requirements.
- Monitor feature development progress, ensuring both quality and timely delivery.
- Possess strong system thinking, UI/UX understanding, and UX writing skills.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the features meet the defined requirements.
- Track and analyze feature performance post-launch to continuously suggest improvements.
Product Manager Support:
- Assist the Product Manager in daily operations and/or upcoming project initiatives.
- Monitor progress, prepare documentation, organize meetings, and coordinate with related departments to drive project implementation as requested by the Product Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent.
- Strong system thinking, logical analysis, and critical thinking skills; basic technical knowledge is a plus.
- Able to write product documentation (User Stories, PRDs) and create basic wireframes/mockups.
- Proactive, honest, disciplined, willing to take on tasks, eager to learn, and highly responsible.
