What you'll be resposible for:
Own the product and define the future
- Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with SieuViet’s mission to revolutionize hiring.
- Identify and seize market opportunities using data-driven insights and industry research.
- Prioritize what truly matters—focus on high-impact features that move the needle.
Lead a high-performance team
- Work with business analysts, engineers, and designers to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
- Drive execution, ensuring fast iteration cycles, seamless collaboration, and smooth delivery.
- Own the backlog, define clear requirements, and keep the team focused on value-driven outcomes.
Build a data-driven, AI-powered marketplace
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior insights to optimize features and improve engagement.
- Leverage AI and automation to create a smarter, more personalized job-matching experience.
- Track key performance metrics to measure growth, efficiency, and product success.
Launch, learn, and iterate
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, working with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption.
- Collect real-world feedback from job seekers and recruiters, continuously improving the product.
- Move fast—test, learn, and iterate to make SieuViet the number one choice for hiring in Vietnam.
Job Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in marketplaces, recruitment tech, or SaaS.
- Strong product ownership mentality—you don’t just execute, you drive outcomes.
- Experience working with business analysts and high-performance teams in an agile environment.
- A data-first mindset—you use metrics, experimentation, and insights to shape decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills—you align teams, influence stakeholders, and inspire action.
- Passion for technology, AI, and transforming the job market.
